• What expenses appear in the expense transactions list:

All expenses appearing in Expenses > Transactions are expense requests submitted by your employees. You will have a listed view of the type of expense, who submitted the expense, when it was submitted and approval status of the expense, whether it is pending, approved, or rejected. Transactions in this list are not yet processed for payout.


For transactions that are processed for payout, it will no longer appear here. Instead, go to Expenses > Process.


  • To view expense transactions:
  1. On your admin dashboard, head to the left panel.

  2. Click Expenses > Transactions.
