• What is expense submission deadline

As an admin, you have the option to set an expenses deadline. This is used to prevent employees from submitting an expense after too long a period of time (eg: after 3 months).

  • To set submission deadline for expenses:

  1. On your admin dashboard, head to the left panel.
  2. Click Expenses > Settings.
  3. Under the section, Expense Deadline.
  4. Select the required days or months.
  5. Confirm by clicking Update Submission Deadline.
