• What are multiple expense currencies

As an admin, you have the option to enable multiple currencies for your employees’ selection when they submit an expense claim request. Selected expense currencies under general expense setting will be displayed in currencies selection for each individual expense policy created.

  • To enable multiple expense currencies:

  1. On your admin dashboard, head to the left panel.
  2. Click Expenses > Settings.
  3. Under the section, Expense Currencies.
  4. Click Edit Currencies.
  5. Select the relevant currencies from the drop down list.
  6. Confirm by clicking Update.
