Disclaimer: The content of this article pertains to the altHR payroll module (not PayrollPanda). As of this date, the altHR payroll module has been discontinued as we form a new partnership with PayrollPanda to bring forth enhanced payroll solutions for our users.

altHR supports the text file of SOCSO & EIS which allowed you to upload in the ASSIST portal to make submissions and payments. SOCSO & EIS submission and payment have to be made latest by every 15th of the following month (eg. February 2023 SOCSO & EIS's deadline is 15th March 2023)

Below, we conclude the steps you need to follow in order to make successful submission & payment:

  1. Login to your altHR admin > Payroll > Run Payroll/Payroll History to select desired month > Scroll to bottom to SOCSO > Click "Download as Txt" to download SOCSO file & "Download as EIS Txt" to download EIS file 
  2. Click Download 
  3. Login to your company ASSIST account (https://assist.perkeso.gov.my/employer/login) > At the top right bar click My Sites > Contribution
  4. Select SOCSO or EIS (altHR currently does not support SOCSO + EIS format)> New Submission 
  5. Click Text file 
  6. Click Choose file (choose the downloaded SOCSO/EIS file you just downloaded from altHR) > Click Upload 
  7. You will able to see under the Employer Contribution has to summary & amount to be paid > Click Submit
  8. Click Confirm to proceed with the submission
  9. Click Proceed to Payment, and you may proceed to select your preferred payment method and make payment accordingly
