Under Leaves > Leave Settings > Public Holidays, the admin is able to access the public holidays applicable to the company. The system lists out public holidays in Malaysia, and the settings will follow the region of the company address logged in the company profile. Admins can toggle to turn on or off selected public holidays.
At the start of every year, admins will have to review the public holidays applicable to the company and update it. This is marked by a green rick by the side of the edit button.
Some companies practice special holiday specific to their companies. Company holidays can be created under Leaves > Leave Settings > Public Holidays > Company Holidays.
