If the desired field is not available under Module Subactegory, admins can create custom fields by visiting People > People Setting > Custom Fields > Click "Create Custom Fields"
Upon creating Custom Fields, admins can return to the Checklist and should see the the option of Custom Fields when adding a New Subcategory to the form.
