How do group expenses appear under “My Requests”
There are two ways to differentiate between a group and individual expense claim once a claim has been submitted:
1. Group requests are labelled in blue - “Grouped” while individual requests are not labelled.
2. Each expense request comes with a Transaction ID. Group requests start with “ER”,
for example, ER-2021-1109. Individual requests start with “EX”, for example, EX-2020-1066.
To view submitted Group Expense:
1. On your web app homepage, click on Expenses.
2. Click the My Requests tab.
3. Click on the Pending tab.
4. To view all the items under your group request, click on the group request.
