You are notified of request status updates via email and/or push notification.
Mobile App:
To get notified of expense claims status update via email:
1. On the top left of your mobile app homepage, click on the Settings menu (3-lines icon).
2. Click App Settings > Email Settings.
3. Under Own Requests, toggle the setting ON. Orange indicates ON and grey indicates OFF.
To view expense claims status update via push notification:
1. On the bottom of your mobile app homepage, click on Notifications.
2. Clicking on the notification will give you more details or redirect you to the page where action is required.
