What is Time Tracking
Time Tracking is essentially a digital “clock-in clock-out” system for employees. There are a few things you can do in this module:
Clock in and out to record your time attendance.
View your time attendance records.
Download your time attendance report in Excel format.
To clock in and out:
On your mobile app homepage, click on Time Tracking.
Click Clock In.
Depending on the settings you admin has set up, you may see up to 3 different methods of clock in. In this article, we will be going through normal clock in, or Clock In Now. Select Clock In Now.
Select the Time Tracking Team you wish to clock in to. You will only see the teams that your Admin as enabled regular Clock In for.
To clock out, click Clock Out.
Confirm clock out by clicking Done.
You will now be able to see a summary of your timesheet aka clock in/clock out session
If your admin has enabled the Geofence option to clock in for work at a job location, keep in mind that you must be within the geofence parameter to clock in. You can, however, clock out without being within the geofence limit.
