What is Helpdesk


This feature allows you to raise queries, requests or issues to the appropriate PICs.


To view agent's replies and documents:


  1. On your mobile app homepage, tap on Helpdesk. If you don’t see it, tap More then look for Helpdesk.

  1. Tap on View Cases.

  1. Tap on a case to view its details.


  1. Scroll down. The agent’s reply is below your case details.


You can also Add a comment :


  1. Scroll down to Add a comment..

  2. Type your reply.

  3. Tap on Post.
