What is Helpdesk


This feature allows you to raise queries, requests or issues to the appropriate PICs.



To withdraw submitted case requests:


  1. On your mobile app homepage, tap on Helpdesk. If you don’t see it, tap More then look for Helpdesk.

  2. Tap on View Cases.

  3. Tap on a case to view its details.



  1. Scroll down. Tap on Withdraw Case.
