What is Personal Assistant


Managers can assign Personal Assistants (PA) to approve and reject employees’ requests on behalf of their manager. Once this access is granted, the PA will have the option to switch between their personal account and their PA account.


A blue banner at the bottom of the page will indicate when PA mode is active. When the blue banner is present, it means that you will be performing actions on behalf of your manager.


To access and view travel requests on behalf of your manager:


1. On your web app homepage, on the top right, click on your Profile > Switch Account.


2. Click on your manager’s account.

3. You will be redirected to a limited web app homepage. Click Travel.


4. Click the Team Requests tab.

To approve or reject travel requests on behalf of your manager :


1. On your web app homepage, on the top right, click on your Profile > Switch Account.


2. Click on your manager’s account.


3. You will be redirected to a limited web app homepage. Click Travel.


4. Click the Team Requests tab.


5. Click on the travel request.


6. Scroll down. Click Approve or Reject.




To bulk approve travel requests on behalf of your manager :


1. On your web app homepage, on the top right, click on your Profile > Switch Account.


2. Click on your manager’s account.


3. You will be redirected to a limited web app homepage. Click Travel.


4. Click the Team Requests tab.


5. Click Pending travel requests.


6. On the left of each travel request, click on the box to select the request.


7. On the top right, click Approve to bulk approve travel  requests.
