What are Company Notifications


Do you need to remind employees of a company event tomorrow, or make a company-wide announcement? Using company push notifications, you may create and blast out short messages to your employees, who will receive the message in their altHR mobile app.


Note: Employees will not receive push notifications if they have disabled push notifications in their mobile settings.


To send company push notifications:


  1. On the left panel of your admin dashboard, head to Company > Company Notifications.

  2. Click on the Send Notification tab.

  3. Enter a title and the text body.

  4. Click Publish.


  1. Confirm by clicking Confirm.

  2. The push notification will be sent out in approximately one minute.



To view push notifications that were sent out in the past:


  1. On the left panel of your admin dashboard, head to Company > Company Notifications.

  2. Click on the Notification Logs tab.
