This procedure outlines the steps required to validate whether an employee is eligible to view and access specific altHR modules such as Leaves, Expenses, and Travel.


Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Log in to the Admin Portal

Access the altHR Admin Portal via:
https://admin.althr.my
Sign in using your administrator credential. 


2. Validate Module Eligibility Configuration

In the left navigation menu, select:
Company → Module

For each relevant module (e.g., Leaves, Expenses, Travel):

  • Review the Eligibility settings.

  • Confirm that the employee meets the configured eligibility criteria (e.g., Employee Type, Employment Status, Department, Group, Job Grade, or any custom filters).

If the employee is excluded based on these rules, the module will not appear in their mobile app or web dashboard.


3. Validate Employee Profile Details

Navigate to:
People → Employee

Then:

  • Search for the specific employee.

  • Click into their profile to review personal details.

  • Cross-check their Employee Type, Category, Status, Department, Group, or other attributes against the eligibility rules configured in Step 2.


This ensures the user’s profile matches the required criteria to be granted access.


Expected Result

If the employee’s details match the module eligibility configuration, the employee should be able to view the modules on the altHR app as per the screenshot below.
