- Check that employee have the latest altHR mobile app. Links to download the app are as follow:

- Check that employee has received their activation email and has activated their account.
- If employee has activated their account, they may request for a reset password email from the app by clicking “forgot password”, OR
- If employee has not activated their account, admins can send a reset password email/resend invitation email to the user from the admin dashboard.
- Check that employees are using the correct credentials and have no typos. eg. having spaces in emails
