• What is Expense Transactions


Expense Transactions are employee expense requests. Every expense request is tagged Pending, Approved or Rejected. This section guides you on how to view expense transactions submitted by your employees. 


Note: All expenses appearing in Expenses > Transactions are unprocessed expenses, transactions that are processed for payout will no longer appear here. To view processed transactions, go to Expenses > Process



  • To view expense transactions:


  1. On your admin dashboard, head to the left panel.

  2. Click Expenses > Transactions.

  3. Click on the transaction to view more details.



  • To view a specific transaction:


  1. On your admin dashboard, head to the left panel.

  2. Click Expenses > Transactions.

  3. Key in expense ID or employee name in the search bar.

  4. Confirm by pressing Enter. 




  • To view a specific group of transactions:


  1. On your admin dashboard, head to the left panel.
  2. Click Expenses > Transactions.
  3. Click on the Filter icon.
  4. Select the filters you require.
  5. Confirm by clicking Filter Requests.
