Why Did My Account Get Suspended

For monthly subscribers:
Your altHR account will be suspended when:
You have not binded your card by the end of the trial period; or
When attempts to make payments are unsuccessful by the end of the grace period.
For example:
You have signed up for altHR on 08/05 and activated your account on 13/05. Your trial period begins from 13/05 to 12/06. On 13/06 you will be prompted to bind your card to effect payment. When payment is unsuccessful there will be multiple reminders to effect payment from 14/06 to 28/06. From 29/06 onwards your account will be restricted and finally suspended on 13/07.
For companies on contractual basis:
You will start receiving reminders throughout the month to make payment from the official invoice date. Access to your account will be restricted after 14 days from the invoice date. Your account will be suspended by the end of the month.
For example:
Your first invoice is on 01/05. Should payment be unsuccessful there will be reminders throughout the month to make payment. From 14/05 until 31/05 access to your account will be restricted and eventually suspended on 31/05.
