Upon expiry of your free trial, you will need to subscribe to a paid plan to continue using atlHR. To do this, you will need to Add a Card for payment.
How to Add Card for Payment
During the trial period, you will be prompted by a banner, stating the number of days you have remaining in your trial period, and reminding you that you will need to subscribe to a paid plan to continue using altHR.
Click on Subscribe Now. Alternatively, you can go to Account, by selecting the profile drop down in the top right corner.
Go to Billing
Select your chosen Plan
Select Add Card
Input your chosen card details
Once you have saved your card details, the banner prompting you to subscribe to a pain plan will no longer appear, and your card will be charged at the end of your trial period.
To Edit your card, click on Edit.
Input your new or amended card details and click save.
Note: Please be informed that the first payment will be charged based on the existing number of employees in the account as of the time of binding credit card.
